The exact cause of GB syndrome is unknown, but it is often preceded by an infectious ilness. This could be an bacterial or viral infection such as respiratory infection or the stomach flu. Vaccine administration or surgery may also triggerred GB syndrome. On the other hand, when Zika virus infection was founded, there are unexpected increase GB syndrome case. Bacterial or viral infection can induce GB syndrome. 
GB syndrome shows some symptoms which typically last for a few week. At first, GBS patient feels weakness or tingling sensations in the legs and in next few days, this sensation will spread to the arms and face. This symtomps can lead to paralysis of the legs, arms, and face. In severe case, the ability to speak and swallow may become affected. Twenty-thirty percent of patient suffers hard breathing because the immune attacks their heart muscle. If we are aware of these early symptoms, we can prevent many serious problems.
GB syndrome is potentially life-threatining disease so it is important for the patient to be hospitalized. The breathing, heartbeat, and blood pressure of the patient should be monitored closely. They should receive a supportive care inculudes a ventilator if he has difficulty to breath. To improve the symtomps of GB syndrome, a patient should be treated with immunothereapy, such as plasma. This treatment can help the body to remove antibodies from the blood or intravenous immunoglobulin. It is most beneficial when initiated 7 to 14days after symptoms apprear, so it is very important to aware of the symptoms as soon as possible.  After the acute phase of ilness, the GB syndrome patient needs a rehabilitation service to strengthen their muscles and restore movement. A lot of rest is also necessary to restore the strength of the muscle.
Most GB syndrome patient can recover fully even from the most severe case of GB syndrome, although some continue to experience weakness. However, three-five percent of GB syndrome patient die from complication, which can include paralysis of the breathing muscles, blood infection, lung clots, or cardiac arrest. Beside all the worst of Guillain-Barré Syndrome, we have a mightier God that can overcome those ‘naughty’ immune. God is the One who creates our immunity and surely He is the One who controls it. He is mightier than GB syndrome!
